The SSRS 2025 annual report describes two planned residential blocks on a 7,361 m² site, with an OPPN capacity of 52 homes and up to ground floor plus six storeys. Outdoor parking is planned for residents and the neighbouring health centre, alongside green space and railway-noise mitigation. The report says utilities are nearby but not installed on the site. Its conditional programme anticipates construction in 2027 after permitting, design and procurement, with completion estimated at the beginning of 2029.
