Proje hakkında
Projekt Tar II is a residential and commercial development by GRADITELJSTVO TOMIĆ d.o.o. at Brajde 2 in Tar. The two buildings contain 12 apartments and 2 commercial spaces. Construction began in May 2025; reservations are open and completion with occupancy permission is forecast for the end of March 2027. Apartments are advertised with terraces, two parking spaces, lifts, underfloor heating and air conditioning. Apartments 4 and 6 in building B are currently offered at EUR279,000 each, with 70m² net area. These two offers do not establish the minimum across all homes. VAT and parking-price inclusion should be confirmed. Window materials differ between the general project and individual-unit specifications, so buyers should confirm the specification of their chosen home.
