Zreče advances the Dobrava 3 residential planning proposal

On 30 September 2026, the mayor of Zreče approved responses to comments on the supplemented draft detailed spatial plan for the Dobrava 3 residential area (OP8/009). The municipality published the decision on 1 October 2026, following public consultation from 10 August to 9 September. The responses will be incorporated into the proposal before a second round of opinions from spatial planning authorities; this step does not constitute adoption of the OPPN or a building permit.
