Revital Park's first phase is a 421-apartment development by Magyar Ingatlanberuházó Zrt., marketed under Rezideo, at Fehérvári út 120 in Budapest District XI. The developer's latest construction update describes continuing reinforced-concrete structural works and parallel mechanical and electrical installation. The 1,864-home master development is kept separate from this first-phase unit count. Published specifications include A+ energy performance, ground-source heat pumps, ceiling heating and cooling, solar panels, remotely readable consumption meters and an included smart-home system.
