Novus Liget – III. ütem

The third phase of Novus Liget is an announced residential scope of Magyar Ingatlanberuházó Zrt.'s Rezideo development in Budapest District XV. Its official construction update announces approximately ten further apartment buildings and more than one hundred homes, with sales expected to start. These approximate numbers are retained as source wording rather than exact import totals. The completed first-phase buildings and the ten second-phase buildings described in the same article are not counted as this new phase. The broader development includes garden-level homes and homes with terraces, spaced apartment buildings and heat-pump-based energy-efficient designs. Exact phase-three unit sizes, prices, delivery dates and facility allocation remain unconfirmed.
