Phases and planned facilities
The developer's timetable schedules Solaris for October 2027 and Bolero for June 2028. The neighbourhood plan also includes a promenade, park, sports facilities, childcare and a spa. Facilities have separate delivery schedules; the park is forecast for June 2027 and the spa for the end of 2029.
