Bucharest: One reports completion of 2,238 homes across three developments

One United Properties reports that it completed One High District, One Lake Club and the first phase of One Lake District during the third quarter of 2026. Together, the three developments contain 2,238 homes in northern Bucharest.

The announcement puts the company's residential completions for the first nine months at 2,453 units, including One Floreasca Towers. Completion of a development does not establish the availability of individual homes.
