Vienna: Sophie 7 neighbourhood completed with 222 subsidised homes

Wohnservice Wien announced the completion of Sophie 7 on the former Sophienspital site in Vienna's Neubau district. The neighbourhood contains 222 subsidised homes, including 88 SMART apartments and 46 Gemeindewohnungen NEU.

The announcement describes a completed inner-city neighbourhood on a site of around 1.3 hectares. It does not establish which homes remain available.
