Kungota offers three building plots in Podigrac and Ciringa

The Municipality of Kungota has opened a public offer for three building plots: parcel 598/9 in Podigrac (2,011 sq m; minimum EUR 40,220), parcel 102/10 in Ciringa (1,127 sq m; minimum EUR 22,540), and parcel 104/1 in Ciringa (2,298 sq m in total, about 2,111 sq m of building land; minimum EUR 31,930). Offers are due by 19 October 2026.

The notice is an invitation to submit offers, not evidence that any plot has been sold. Parcel 104/1 is jointly owned, and the municipal notice sets additional conditions concerning the co-owner's share and access.
