This is a planned public rental housing programme. The project presentation does not publish apartment-sale prices, current rental tariffs or allocation eligibility terms. Municipal exemption of the fund from communal contributions is not a price concession to a buyer or tenant.

The source explicitly labels its 44–91 m² apartment range as net including balconies (neto z balkoni). These figures must not be presented as pure internal net living area, and no balcony amount is subtracted without a unit-specific plan. The 15,767 m² figure is the land parcel, not apartment floor area. Around 200 homes form a planned programme, not current available inventory.
