Naselje Kope — Kope

Naselje Kope is a mountain apartment development at Kope in the Pohorje area of Koroška. The dedicated project website offers 33 apartments in six separate apartment houses: one with three units and five with six. Homes are laid out over residential floors above basement garage levels; the seller describes turnkey delivery. Century 21 Hestija BEST handles sales.

Current list

The project's six building pages show all three homes in building 1 and all six in buildings 3, 4 and 5 as sold. Building 2, unit 1 and building 6, unit 1 have no sold label; each is priced at €369,881.73 including 22% VAT. Building 2 unit 1 lists 70.73 m² of living area and 84.38 m² in its primary unit schedule; building 6 unit 1 lists 70.73 m² living area and 130.47 m² including other and outdoor spaces. Area calculations on the page use multiple definitions; confirm exact contractual area and availability before purchase. The older broker page stated handover in 2025, which does not establish today's completion status.
