Ribnica holds opening ceremony for 21 senior rental apartments

Nepremičninski sklad PIZ held an opening ceremony for 21 purpose-built senior rental apartments at Majnikova ulica 5 in Ribnica on 8 September 2026. The five-storey building contains homes of 46–70 m², accessible facilities, a communal room and 23 outdoor parking spaces.

The fund identifies itself as the investor and reports a total investment of EUR 3.6 million. Rental allocation follows a separate tender, so the ceremony does not establish that every apartment is occupied.
